Ingredients
6 salmon fillets
2 zucchinis
1 onion
3 carrots
2 stalks of celery
2 leeks
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 fish stock cube
Pepper and salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C
1. Clean and julienne (thinly slice) the zucchini, onion, leek, carrots and celery.
2. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of water and your bouillon cube.
3. Cut a square of baking paper. Place your vegetables in it. On top of the vegetables then place your salmon fillet. Fold in your baking paper. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
