Ingredients
1 cauliflower pizza crust
100 g smoked salmon
100 ml sour cream
1 tsp Italian herbs
50 grams arugula
150 gr mozzarella
10 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil (optional)
Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C
1. Place the cauliflower pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the sour cream evenly over the cauliflower pizza crust.
2. Sprinkle the Italian herbs over the sour cream for extra flavor. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and drizzle them over the pizza crust.
3. Place the pizza base in the preheated oven and bake according to package directions, usually about 10-15 minutes, until the base is golden brown and crispy.
4. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into half or quarter wedges, depending on size.
5. Remove the pizza base from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Lay the smoked salmon evenly over the pizza. Divide the cherry tomatoes and arugula on top. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
