Ingredients
6 ripe bananas
6 eggs
100 gr oatmeal flour
200 gr almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
For the crumble:
50 gr oatmeal
15 gr egg white
15 gr maple syrup
15 gr peanut oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
1. Crush the bananas. To this add the oatmeal flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder and pinch of salt.
2. Break the eggs and add them.
3. Cut the apple into small cubes. Add them to the dough.
4. Grease the baking pan with coconut oil. Powder the baking pan.
5. Pour your dough into the baking pan.
6. Mix all the ingredients for the crumble. Spread it on top of the banana bread.
7. Stick it in an oven for 1 hour at 180°C
