Ingredients
200 gr oatmeal flour
200 gr almond flour
400 gr Greek yogurt
2 espressos
4 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
CRUMBLE
100 gr oatmeal
40 gr egg white
40 gr peanut oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Make sure the espressos have cooled down before adding them to the dough.
2. Grease your baking pan with coconut oil and dust with flour. Pour in the dough. I sprinkled some more crumble on top of the cake. Stick it in the oven for 1 hour.
