Ingredients
150 gr whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
250 gr cottage cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C
1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Added baking powder and the whole wheat flour. Knead everything for 20 minutes to form a ball of dough. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes covered with a towel.
3. Make small balls with the dough, in them make a hole about 3 centimeters in diameter in the center with your finger. I sprinkled some more kernels on top. Place the bagels on baking paper and stick it in the oven for 25 minutes. Be sure to let those cool for another 15 minutes!
