Grilled Peach with yoghurt and granola

Ingredients

  • 1 peach

  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  • A handful of granola

Preparation

1. Wash the peach thoroughly, then cut it in segments. Remove the pit.


2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the peach segments cut side down on the grill. Grill the peaches for about 3-4 minutes or until nice grill marks appear and the peach begins to soften slightly. Turn the peaches over and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.


3. Place the grilled peach halves on a plate with the cut side up. Spoon a tablespoon of Greek yogurt onto each peach half. Then sprinkle a handful of granola over the yogurt and peaches.
