Ingredients

  • 2 lemons

  • 5 small apples

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 oranges

  • 4 carrots

Preparation

1. Peel the apples, ginger and carrots. Cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons.

2. Put everything in a blender. Pass everything through a sieve and allow the liquids to extract from the pulp.
