Ingredients
6 bananas
6 eggs
300 gr almond flour
200 gr oatmeal flour
3 tbsp matcha
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Step 1
Crush the bananas. Mix the eggs with the bananas.
Step 2
Add the almond flour, baking powder and oatmeal flour and mix everything into one mixture. Add the matcha and the pinch of salt.
Step 3
Stick it in the oven for 45 minutes.
