About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 240 gr oatmeal

  • 20 gr chia seeds

  • 70 gr pumpkin seeds

  • 125 gr sunflower seeds

  • 50 gr olive oil

  • 550 gr water

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C


Step 1


Mix all the dry ingredients


Step 2


Add the water and oil


Step 3


Mix everything together well


Step 4


Stick it in the refrigerator for 2 hours


Step 5


Cut baking paper and place in your baking pan. Pour the seed mix into your baking pan.


Step 6


Stick it in the oven for 1 hour
