About the Recipe

Ingredients
100 g oatmeal flour
150 gr almond flour
35 gr maple syrup
100 ml egg whites
250 gr Greek yoghurt
2 apples
1 to 2 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
1. Mix the almond flour with the oatmeal flour. Add in the egg whites and maple syrup. Mix everything well until firm.
2. Line your baking tins with baking paper. Put your bottom dough in there and press well. Stick it in the oven for 20 minutes.
3. Remove your tins from the oven and leave to cool.
4. While your apples are cooking. Cut them into small cubes and put them in a pan along with the cinnamon and a glass of water. Let them fry on a lower heat until they soften a little.
5. Whip your Greek yoghurt until it becomes a little fluffier.
6. Take your base, put some greek yoghurt on it and a spoonful of apples. Top with some granola.
