About the Recipe

Ingredients
For the blondie layer:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
100 gr almond flour
50 gr oatmeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
For the brownie layer:
50 gr cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
100 gr almond flour
50 gr oatmeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
For the crunch layer
150 gr oatmeal
80 gr egg white
80 gr peanut oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
1. We start with the blondie layer. Crush the bananas. Add the eggs. Mix the oatmeal flour, almond flour, pinch of salt and baking powder into the banana-egg mixture.
2. Take a new mixing bowl for the brownie layer. Repeat step 1 again for the brownie layer, but add another 50gr of cocoa powder.
3. Make the crunch layer for on top of the blondie layer. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Grease your baking pan with coconut oil and dust your pan with flour. Pour your brownie dough into the mold first. Then pour your blondie dough over your brownie dough. Finally, spread your crunch layer over your blondie layer.
5. Stick it in the oven for 40 minutes.
