Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 egg white
2 cup oatmeal flour
2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients first
Step 2
Then add the groundnut oil, maple syrup, egg and egg white. Mix everything very well.
Step 3
Stick it in the fridge for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare your baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the fridge. Turn balls of dough, place them on your baking sheet and press them flat. If you wish, you can press a shape onto them.
Step 6
Stick them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
