Ingredients
4 frozen bananas
300 grams of coconut yogurt
250 ml fresh lemon juice
Preparation
1. Make sure the bananas are well frozen beforehand. You do this by peeling ripe bananas, cutting them into pieces and putting them in the freezer overnight.
2. Add the frozen bananas, coconut yogurt and lemon juice to a high-powered blender with blades. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. This may take several minutes, depending on the power of your machine.
3. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the blender clean.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking container that you briefly stuck in the freezer beforehand. Place the container in the freezer and let the ice cream set for at least 4 hours. For softer results, stir the ice cream after an hour and return it to the freezer.
5. Remove the lemon ice cream from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy your homemade, refreshing lemon ice cream!
