Ingredients

200 grams of mango, peeled and cut into pieces


200 grams of coconut yogurt


1 tablespoon of lime juice

Preparation

1. Make sure the mango is well ripe for best flavor. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Place the mango pieces in a freezer box and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.


2. Remove the frozen mango pieces from the freezer and let them stand at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Then put the mango pieces in a blender or food processor.


3. Add the coconut yogurt and tablespoon of lime juice to the blender.


4. Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This may take a while, so be patient and stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the blender clean.


5. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze for another hour or two to get a firmer sorbet texture.
