Ingredients
250 gr pumpkin puree
90 gr maple syrup
100 gr almond flour
125 gr oatmeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 1
Mix the pumpkin puree, maple syrup and eggs.
Step 2
Add the cinnamon, baking powder, almond flour and oatmeal flour.
Step 3
Mix everything together well.
Step 4
Butter your donut baking pans. Put in the dough and pop your donuts in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
I finished off with Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp of cinnamon and chopped pecans.
