Ingredients
Half a date
1 tsp nut butter (I used triple nut butter @bulk )
1 tsp greek yoghurt or skyr
1 tsp granola
50 gr chocolate
Preparation
1. Cut open your date and remove the stone. Use half of your date.
2. Lay down the date as on boat. Spread in some nut butter in your date. Put your yoghurt on top and then the granola.
3. Stick it in the freezer overnight.
4. Melt your chocolate and dip your date in it. Sprinkle some more granola on top.
5. Stick it in the fridge until the chocolate has solidified.
