About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 broccoli or one small broccoli

  • 3/4L vegetable broth

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

1. Cut the broccoli florets from the stem. Cook them in the boiling vegetable broth for 10 minutes.

2. Drain the broccoli. Blend the broccoli florets together with the Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
