About the Recipe

Ingredients
5 eggs
150 gr cottage cheese
A handful of parsley
1 small red onion
A pinch of salt
Pepper
1 tsp herbamare
2 slices of bread
Preparation
1. Put your eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then let them cool in an ice bath.
2. Meanwhile, toast your bread. You can do this in the toaster, in the pan or in the oven.
3. When your eggs have cooled, crush them and add your cottage cheese. Season with salt, pepper and herbamare.
4. Chop your parsley and red onion as finely as possible and add it to the egg salad .
5. Spread the egg salad on your toast. Top with some arugula if you wish.
