Ingredients
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup water
8 tbsp olive oil (I used provencal olive oil)
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C
2. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 tsp sea salt.
3. Knead the dough into one firm dough ball
4. Roll out the dough on your baking sheet with a rolling pin. It should still be about 3mm thick.
5. Cut your dough into rectangles
6. Then put another 1/2 tsp of sea salt on your cracker.
6. Let them bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
