Tortilla Quiche with broccoli and salmon

About the Recipe

A quiche with a tortilla crust filled with smoked salmon, broccoli and Philadelphia cheese is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr broccoli

  • 3 eggs

  • 110 gr smoked salmon

  • 2 tortillas

  • 120 philadelphia

  • Pepper, salt and herbamare

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C


Step 1


Cut the broccoli florets from the stem. Put water in a saucepan and boil the broccoli for 10 minutes.


Step 2


Drain the broccoli and put some cold water over it. That way you keep the green color. Let the broccoli cool completely.


Step 3


Take a mixing bowl and put your broccoli in it. Add the eggs and philadelphia to this.


Step 4


Cut up your smoked salmon. Add this to the egg mix. Season with salt, pepper and herbamare.


Step 5


Line your baking pan (12cm diameter) with a tortilla. Spread the egg mix over the tortilla base.


Step 6


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
